Storm Water Management & Rosetta Koda Wall West Grove PA

To improve the drainage issues the homeowner is experiencing, we complete extensive excavation to install a new underground piping system built for long-term performance. A new retaining wall is also installed to protect the home and back patio from future water-related damage.

Before the new drainage system
Before the new drainage system was installed, poor runoff control along the side of the property was causing erosion and damage near the home’s foundation.
To protect the home's foundation
To protect the home’s foundation, we excavated the area and installed a new piping system that efficiently channels water away from the property.
To improve water management
To improve water management, the new drain pipes are connected to the home’s downspouts, creating a direct path for roof runoff.
The Rosetta Koda Wall
The Rosetta Koda Wall is being built to retain the hillside along the side of the home and create a level space for a new backyard patio. In addition to expanding the usable area, the wall also provides critical erosion control to protect the property over time.
The completed Rosetta Koda Wall
The completed Rosetta Koda Wall adds both function and space, creating a stable and usable area in the yard.
After the new piping was installed
After the new drainage piping was installed, the backyard was regraded and seed and straw was applied to ensure long-term performance and proper water flow.
Fresh seed and straw
Fresh seed and straw provide the finishing touches to this drainage project. With new underground piping in place, the drainage issues are resolved—without any visible pipes on the surface.
